Booking Your First ServiceWe're in the business of skin, so it goes without saying that the health and beautification of your skin is important to us. With this in mind, no aggressive treatments (such as chemical peels, microneedling, etc.) will be provided on your first visit. Your first appointment will help us better understand your skin and create a custom treatment plan for your success. New clients who are seeking a corrective skin program for their acne/hyperpigmentation are encouraged to book the “New Client Consultation + Facial” service (found under the "New Client” category on our booking page) for your first visit. This service includes a 15 minute consultation and a 60 minute Custom Facial. At the end of the treatment, you will receive educational resources that are relevant to your skin journey, product recommendations, and an outlined written routine that aligns with your lifestyle and skin goals. New clients who are looking to experience the Hydrafacial can select the "New Client Hydrafacial" service. A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your first appointment, and a valid credit card must be saved to your profile. Studio booking and cancellation policies can be found here and after the appointment is booked. We encourage you to review these policies before the commencement of our new skincare relationship <3

New Client Consultation FormAll new clients must complete the New Client Consultation Form and the COVID-19 screening form before arriving for your appointment. These forms will be sent via email after booking your appointment. Please ensure that all skincare products, medications, and conditions are listed in the form, especially if you are on an acne medication prescribed by your dermatologist.

Before Your First AppointmentPlease do not use any exfoliating products (physical scrubs, handheld cleansing devices, chemical exfoliants, retinols, etc.) at least 72 hours before your appointment. Remove any makeup and drink plenty of water before coming in.

The Day Of Your AppointmentWe're located inside of Cachet Salon & Spa at The Realm at Castle Hills with easy access to garage and lot parking. We recommend parking inside the garage labeled "The Realm Parking Garage," which is located behind the office building that we're located inside. When you are inside the building, take the elevator to the second floor and follow the signs for Cachet Salon & Spa. Once inside, you can find me in room 21 for consultations + product shopping and room 22 for all treatments. For your convenience, you can view Cachet's wayfinder video here. A consultation will be provided before starting your facial treatment. We'll discuss your skin history, your current routine, lifestyle/dietary habits, as well as anything else that comes to mind about your new skin journey. During your facial, your Esthetician will explain each step including the products used and why. This will help you better understand how ingredients influence your skin and your skin’s behavior so we can plan for your future treatments and homecare routine. At the end of the appointment, your Esthetician will provide aftercare instructions. To make things more straightforward, we will create a treatment plan designed with your skin concerns in mind that outlines our journey and cost of treatments. Professional-grade homecare products will be recommended at the end of your treatment to help you create positive changes in your skin between treatments. The use of professional-grade products will be necessary for your results and if you wish to receive chemical peels or any advanced skin treatment. We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients. We are not a "one-night stand" facial studio--we aim to create and sustain long-term changes in your skin. Accordingly, we recommend prebooking your next three appointments 4-6 weeks apart so we can continue providing cumulative results.
